9月17日，由中國(guó)國(guó)家發(fā)改委和廣西壯族自治區(qū)人民政府主辦的中國(guó)—東盟產(chǎn)能與投資合作論壇在南寧舉行。該論壇是第20屆中國(guó)—東盟博覽會(huì)高層論壇之一，以“提升中國(guó)—東盟產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應(yīng)鏈合作水平、推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)互利共贏發(fā)展”為主題。

On September 17, the China-ASEAN Capacity and Investment Cooperation Forum, hosted by the National Development and Reform Commission of China and the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, was held in Nanning. The forum is one of the high-level forums of the 20th China-ASEAN Expo, with the theme of "Enhancing the level of China-ASEAN industrial chain and supply chain cooperation, and promoting mutually beneficial and win-win development of the regional economy".

康恒環(huán)境與中廣核、中國(guó)土木、中交路橋、比亞迪、建設(shè)銀行等中方優(yōu)秀企業(yè)就提升中國(guó)—東盟產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應(yīng)鏈合作水平，推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)互利共贏發(fā)展，與東盟企業(yè)簽署項(xiàng)目合作備忘錄。國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委副主任叢亮、廣西壯族自治區(qū)黨委常委、自治區(qū)常務(wù)副主席蔡立新、廣西壯族自治區(qū)黨委常委、南寧市委書記農(nóng)生文等嘉賓共同見證。

Mr. Cong Liang, Deputy Director of National Development and Reform Commission, Mr. Cai Lixin, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Executive Vice Chairman of the Autonomous Region, Mr. Nong Shengwen, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Secretary of Nanning Municipal Party Committee, and other honored guests witnessed the signing.

叢亮指出，多年來，中國(guó)和東盟成功走出一條睦鄰友好、共同發(fā)展的道路，全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好，全方位經(jīng)貿(mào)務(wù)實(shí)合作成果豐碩，有力促進(jìn)了地區(qū)和平、穩(wěn)定與繁榮。中國(guó)和東盟要共同推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展綠色低碳轉(zhuǎn)型，充分挖掘環(huán)境保護(hù)、電動(dòng)汽車、光伏等新興能源領(lǐng)域合作潛力，推動(dòng)更多環(huán)境友好型項(xiàng)目落地，培育區(qū)域發(fā)展綠色新動(dòng)能。

Cong Liang pointed out that over the years, China and ASEAN have successfully embarked on a path of neighborly friendship and common development, with good momentum in the development of comprehensive strategic partnership, yielding fruitful results in all-round economic and trade practical cooperation. This has significantly promoted of regional peace, stability and prosperity. China and ASEAN should jointly promote the green and low-carbon transformation of economic and social development, fully tap the potential of environmental protection, electric vehicles, photovoltaic and other emerging energy areas of cooperation, to promote more environmentally friendly projects and cultivate new green energies for regional development.
